Overview
The RBWB project is implemented through a structured set of interconnected Work Packages (WPs) that ensure effective management, quality assurance, capacity building, digital transformation, and sustainable impact.
WP1 — Project Management
Lead: FCJK
Purpose: Ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant project implementation.

WP2 — Internationalisation and IRO Establishment

Purpose: Strengthen institutional international cooperation capacities through the establishment and operationalisation of the International Relations Office (IRO).

WP3 — Quality Assurance Enhancement

WP4 — MA Programme Development
