Overview

The RBWB project is implemented through a structured set of interconnected Work Packages (WPs) that ensure effective management, quality assurance, capacity building, digital transformation, and sustainable impact.

WP1 — Project Management

Lead: FCJK
Purpose: Ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant project implementation.

WP2 — Internationalisation and IRO Establishment

Lead: FCJK
Purpose: Strengthen institutional international cooperation capacities through the establishment and operationalisation of the International Relations Office (IRO).

  • Development of IRO procedures and documentation
  • Staff engagement and volunteering framework
  • Development of IRO website and social media presence
  • Capacity building for international cooperation

WP3 — Quality Assurance Enhancement

Purpose: Align institutional quality assurance practices with European standards and strengthen internal evaluation mechanisms.

WP4 — MA Programme Development

Purpose: Develop a modern MA study programme aligned with labour market needs and European academic standards.

WP5 — Digital Platform Development

WP6 — Training, Conferences and Capacity Building
